Everyone loves to play!
Even if playing is a dim distant memory…even if we can’t remember a time when we were allowed to just let go, play and have fun.
The world can be a pressured place – a place of expectations and demands. A place of moving fast – getting here, getting there. We often have full lives and little time to just smell the roses.
I’ve found that learning happens best when the nervous system is relaxed – when the environment is safe, predictable, trust worthy and engaging.
And…when there is a sense of play and exploration…YAY!!!
